$6.99 per order
The shipping charge is calculated and displayed at checkout before the customer submits payment.

Payment authorization may include verification of:
- Available funds or credit
- Billing information
- Card or account validity
- Security information
- Fraud-prevention checks
An order cannot normally proceed to fulfillment until payment has been successfully authorized.
7. When You Are Charged
Depending on the payment provider, your payment method may be:
- Authorized when the order is placed, and then captured according to the checkout process; or
- Charged directly when the transaction is successfully completed.
The exact timing may depend on the selected payment service and your financial institution.
The total amount presented before checkout is the amount submitted for the purchase, subject to any lawful adjustment clearly communicated to the customer.
8. Billing Information
Customers are responsible for entering accurate billing information.
This may include:
- Cardholder or account holder name
- Billing address
- ZIP or postal code
- Payment account information
- Other information required by the selected payment provider
Incorrect billing details may cause a transaction to be declined or delayed.
9. Card Security Information
For card payments, customers may be asked to provide security information such as:
- Card number
- Expiration date
- Security code
- Billing address
Payment information is transmitted through the payment processing system used at checkout.
Neodoz does not require customers to send complete card details by email.
For your security, do not email full credit card numbers, security codes, or payment account passwords to us.
10. Payment Processing and Security
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers.
These providers may use security technologies designed to protect transaction information during transmission and processing.
Depending on the payment method, security measures may include:
- Encrypted payment transmission
- Fraud screening
- Card verification
- Payment authorization
- Digital wallet authentication
- Device verification
- Additional authentication required by the payment provider
Neodoz does not intentionally store full payment card numbers when they are handled directly by authorized payment processors.
11. Shop Pay
If Shop Pay is available during checkout, eligible customers may use it to complete payment using information stored with the service.
Shop Pay availability and authentication requirements are controlled by the applicable payment platform.
Customers remain responsible for verifying the shipping, billing, and payment information presented before completing the purchase.
12. PayPal
If PayPal is available at checkout, customers may be redirected to or authenticated through PayPal to approve the transaction.
Payment may be funded using payment options available within the customer's PayPal account.
PayPal account requirements, authorization rules, and security procedures are controlled by PayPal.
The final order amount will still be presented through the checkout process before purchase completion.
13. Google Pay
Eligible customers may use Google Pay when it is displayed as an available payment option.
Google Pay may use payment information stored in the customer's Google Wallet or associated account.
Availability depends on factors such as:
- Device compatibility
- Browser compatibility
- Payment card eligibility
- Account settings
- Payment processor support
14. Apple Pay
Eligible customers may use Apple Pay when it is available during checkout.
Apple Pay may require authentication through compatible Apple devices using applicable device security features.
Availability may depend on:
- Device compatibility
- Browser support
- Region
- Card issuer
- Payment processor support
15. Venmo
If Venmo is displayed as an available payment option, eligible customers may use their supported Venmo account to authorize payment.
Availability and account requirements are controlled by Venmo and its payment infrastructure.
Customers should review the transaction details before approving payment.
16. Declined Payments
A payment may be declined for reasons including:
- Insufficient funds
- Incorrect card information
- Incorrect billing address
- Expired card
- Security verification failure
- Card issuer restrictions
- Payment provider restrictions
- Suspected fraud
- Technical errors
If your payment is declined, verify the information entered or contact your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Neodoz generally cannot override a payment provider's authorization decision.
17. Failed or Incomplete Payments
An order may not be successfully created if payment cannot be completed.
If you are unsure whether an order was successfully placed:
- Check for an order confirmation.
- Review your payment account for transaction status.
- Contact support@neodoz.com if clarification is needed.
Please include the name and email address used during checkout and the order number, if one was generated.
18. Duplicate Charges
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same order, contact us at:
support@neodoz.com
Please provide:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Date of transaction
- Amount charged
- A description of the issue
Do not send complete card numbers or payment passwords by email.
We will review the available transaction records and assist with the issue.
19. Pending Charges and Authorization Holds
Some financial institutions may display a pending authorization before a transaction is fully settled.
If an order is canceled or unsuccessful, the authorization may remain visible temporarily until released by the bank or payment provider.
The release timing is controlled by the financial institution and may vary.
A temporary authorization hold does not always mean that a completed charge has been made.
20. Payment Review and Fraud Prevention
Neodoz may review transactions for legitimate security and fraud-prevention purposes.
An order may be delayed or canceled where there is a reasonable basis to identify:
- Unauthorized payment activity
- Material inconsistencies in transaction information
- Suspected payment fraud
- Invalid payment authorization
- Significant transaction security concerns
We do not use security reviews to impose undisclosed fees or change the price of an order after purchase.
21. Order Cancellation and Payment
If an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment or shipment, any applicable payment already collected will be refunded to the original payment method.
There is:
Cancellation fee: $0.00
Approved cancellation refunds are processed according to our applicable cancellation and refund procedures.
22. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Approved returns include:
- Free prepaid return shipping
- $0 return shipping cost
- $0 restocking fee
- Refund to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned merchandise is received, inspected, and approved.
The customer's bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
23. Refund Method
Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.
For example:
- A Visa purchase is normally refunded to the applicable Visa account.
- A PayPal purchase is normally refunded through PayPal.
- An Apple Pay transaction is normally refunded through the payment method associated with that transaction.
We do not intentionally replace the original refund method with store credit unless the customer expressly agrees or another method is required due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
24. Refund Posting Time
After Neodoz processes an approved refund, additional time may be required for the refund to appear in the customer's account.
This additional processing period depends on:
- Bank
- Card issuer
- Digital wallet
- Payment processor
- Financial institution
That financial institution processing time is separate from Neodoz's stated refund processing period.
25. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe there is a problem with a transaction, we encourage you to contact support@neodoz.com so we can review the issue.
Customers retain any applicable legal rights to dispute unauthorized or incorrect transactions through their payment provider.
Submitting false or fraudulent payment disputes may result in review of the transaction and supporting order records.
26. Payment Method Availability
Not every payment option is guaranteed to appear for every customer.
A payment method may be unavailable because of:
- Device compatibility
- Browser settings
- Payment processor availability
- Payment provider eligibility
- Account status
- Card issuer restrictions
- Technical limitations
The payment options shown during checkout are the payment methods currently available for that transaction.
27. Promotional Discounts
If a valid discount or promotional offer applies, it will be reflected in the checkout total before payment.
Customers should verify that the discount has been applied before submitting the order.
Promotions may be subject to:
- Validity dates
- Eligibility requirements
- Minimum purchase requirements
- Product restrictions
- Usage limits
Applicable conditions will be disclosed with the promotion.
28. No Cash Payments
Unless expressly displayed as an available checkout option, Neodoz does not accept:

- Payment information sent by email
Customers should use only payment methods officially displayed during checkout on neodoz.com.
29. No Undisclosed Payment Fees
Neodoz does not intentionally impose hidden payment-processing fees.
Customers are shown the applicable order total before completing the transaction.
Any fee independently imposed by a bank, card issuer, currency-conversion provider, or other financial institution is not charged by Neodoz and may be governed by the customer's agreement with that institution.
